AJ and Nic here from #nacforadventure. We are two recently-graduated college students just trying to find out nac in life.
One of our favorite activities to do together is cooking. Recently, we have started sizzling it up with more plants. While we only use plants at home, we aren’t restricting ourselves to a full-on vegan diet. No, we aren’t just afraid of commitment. We believe that life shouldn’t have restrictions. Part-time plants is a lifestyle of conscious eating. By taking into account the sustainability behind your grocery and cooking decisions, you can feel a sense of social responsibility while eating delicious meals.
Oh, and another thing, any recipes we suggest are as strict as our diet. Don’t be afraid to switch and substitute your favorites. Just like we get inspiration from recipes online, get inspiration from ours and make these meals your own! Also, we don’t give measurements. Add however much to adapt the recipes to your likings!
